Tides and Tails Self-Service Dog Wash – Terms of Use

Welcome to Tides and Tails! To ensure a safe, clean, and positive experience for all our customers and their furry friends, we ask that you carefully read and follow these Terms of Use. By using our self-service dog wash facility, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use at Your Own Risk

  • Tides and Tails Dog Wash is a self-service facility. You are solely responsible for the care, safety, and behavior of your pet during use.

  • While we provide the equipment and environment, we do not assume liability for injuries or accidents to pets or humans that occur on the premises.

  • Please supervise children and pets at all times.

2. Health and Safety

  • Do not bring pets who are aggressive, in heat, ill, or have contagious conditions such as fleas, ticks, mange, or open wounds.

  • You are responsible for muzzling or restraining your pet if needed for safety.

3. Damage and Liability

  • You agree to cover any costs related to damage caused by you or your pet to the facility, equipment, or other customers that exceed normal use.

  • Tides and Tails Dog Wash is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

4. Proper Use of Equipment

  • All equipment must be used only as intended. Do not attempt to modify or misuse bathing tools or dryers.

  • If you notice damaged or malfunctioning equipment, please alert a staff member or contact us immediately.

5. Time Limits and Fees

  • Self-wash stations are time-limited to ensure fair access. Additional fees may apply if time limits are exceeded.

  • All services must be paid for at the time of use.

6. Conduct and Compliance

  • Harassment of staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disrespectful.

7. Emergencies

  • In the event of an emergency, please remain calm, remove your dog from the station, and seek assistance or call 911 if needed.

By using our facility, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

  • You release Tides and Tails Dog Wash and its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during your visit.
